The Big Deck
It was time for a fresh start. This home’s original deck was old and unstable, its space was underutilized and the paint was far past peeling. We tackled this renovation with a demolition of the old deck, a rebuild, and reinforcement of two retaining walls, and designed and build a brand new deck. The new deck design added 200sqft of exterior living space, uplifted and enhanced the house’s curb appeal, and created fresh opportunities for current and new landscaping.
